Looking for Field Recruiters with experience in Blue Collar hiring. (Only Male Candidates)
We are looking for an Field Recruiter who will be involved in hiring Blue Collar People.

Experience: 2-10 years
Job Location: Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities
Meet with hiring managers to discuss their hiring needs
Find eligible job seekers through community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
Will manage daily high volume recruiting responsibilities, such as reviewing resumes, screening of candidates, scheduling interviews and creation of offers

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in Blue collar hiring
Should have bike.
Should be comfortable with field recruitment.
