Job Description

Designation : HR Executive / Sr Executive

Minimum Qualification : MBA (HR)

Experience : 1 - 4 years

Function/ Department : HR

Location: Jaipur

Required Candidate Profile:

MBA (HR) is mandatory.
Preferably from consultancy.
100% recruitment profile.
Well versed with bulk hiring/mass recruitment.
Excellent communication & inter-personal skills.
Good knowledge in sourcing, screening candidates through various portals & social media.
Hiring knowledge in NBFC/BFSI sector would be an added advantage.
Sourcing candidates & initial screening of candidates from job portals as per business requirement within TAT.
Co-coordinating with stake holders & departments for scheduling interviews.
Co-ordinate the recruitment cycle involving job postings, CV screening, interview arrangements & employee offer generation.
