Job Description:
Manpower Planning
- To undertake manpower planning and recruitment planning exercise every year and monitor recruitment activities.
- Recommend promotion, transfers and recruitment to meet manpower requirements as per the plan.
- To undertake Recruitment.
- Manpower Cost
Performance Management
- Responsible for overall performance of human resources, personnel and administration function.
- Implement performance appraisal system for assessing the performance of all employees.
- Prepare career plans for employees at all levels and communicate to them.
Compensation Management
- Review the compensation package periodically and recommend changes to be effected in line with comparable industries.
Induction and Training
- Devise induction program for new employees and implement them.
- Prepare annual training plan and conduct the program as per the plan.
- Responsible for the training initiatives.
- Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys, consolidate, analyze this data and implement suitable recommendations.
Employee Counseling
- Counsel employees, redress their grievances and maintain a high morale.
Responsible for relevant administrative matters
- Approve staff loan, salary advance and administrative expenses as per the policy of the company.
- To be aware of departments performance and objective
- To adhere to all statutory regulations applicable to the employees of Hospital.
- To have close liaison with the Government officials of Labour Department
- To coordinate all hospital functions and celebrations
- To maintain discipline among the employees and take appropriate action in case of violation
- To prepare HR Budget for each financial year and control the HR Cost.
- To be responsible for conducting Organizational Climate Survey and suggest remedial actions to the Sr. Management.
- To provide information to the Sr. Management & Corporate HR with regard to the numbers, cost and statutory compliance.
- Conduct exits interviews, consolidate and analyze this data and implement suitable recommendations.
Developmental activities :
- Continuously monitor, benchmark and design HR processes as per need and suitability of the industry.
- To develop, design and conduct new training programs as per identification of training needs.
- To continuously monitor and develop on existing training programs with the help of feedback from the program.
- To introduce, implement and monitor processes to encourage team spirit and communication between departments
- To design new policies and procedures taking into account employee benefit and welfare with corporate approval.
