Roles & Responsibilities :
- Source candidates from US market on various IT skills to fulfill our client requirements
- Develop sourcing strategies that are successful in reaching out the passive and active job seekers in the US IT Market.
- Extensive experience in using Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs),
- Screen and interview prospective candidates.
- Build good rapport with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a positive experience.
- Co-ordinate with Account Managers to assess the candidates competencies and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal team members, staffing vendors, professional organizations, and reputable independent consultants to help identify and source qualified talents.
- Should adhere to established processes and procedures for a smooth workflow.
- Regularly update internal database with new resumes and bring in more innovative recruiting techniques.
Required Skills :
- Should have passion in HR IT Recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills with pleasant phone personality
- Must be able to work independently with never give up attitude
- Career focused, ownership of work (Accountability & involvement in work) results driven and strong goal orientation
Note- Candidates with BPO experience can also walk-in.
Education:
UG: B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce, B.A - Any Specialization, B.Arch - Architecture, B.B.A / B.M.S - Management, BCA - Computers
PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, M.A - Any Specialization
