Job Description

Team Lead RTO Operations

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Manage RC transfer for Delhi/NCR through RTO agents
Supervise teams in different cities and ensure RC transfer in such cities is completed on time
Resolve all RC related grievances
Keep a close track of disbursals and update trackers on daily basis
Rigorously follow up for pending documents and pending RC transfers
Daily MIS reporting

Skills Required

Ownership and ability to remotely manage team
Good with numbers and reconciliations
Problem solving skills
Must have an eye for details
