hardcore 5+ years UX working experience on B2B Complex projects
Deployment at Bangalore post Covid-19 ( untill then Remote)
Remote working until Covid-19 ease

Hardcore 5 years UX Experience ( No UI or graphic Designer)

JOB APPLICATION SENIOR UX
Desired Candidate Profile;
Job Responsibilities
- Anchor and execute UXD projects independently with the client (multiple stakeholders by diagnosing business and user needs).
- Drive UX Projects through User-Centered Design methods and processes.
- Plan and conduct primary and secondary research.
- Create and convert user insights into concepts designs.
- Create and present compelling design concepts as part of UX strategy.
- Work as a design lead to manage all interaction design activities including visual design co-ordination with global designers.
- Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design principles and rationale.
- Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to reality.
- Manage communication at all levels and be responsible for project deliverables with quality and on time.
Must-Have
- Minimum of 5 years of solid industry experience.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, management, negotiation, presentation and client relations skills.
- Ability to trigger business discussions with program managers, CTOs, CIOs and CEOs.
- Be a clear and effective presenter in order to influence important design decisions and maintain credibility.
- Deeper eagerness for observing human behavior and synthesizing insights into design.
- Hands-on experience of all User-Centered Design processes.
- Proven ability to plan and conduct B2B UX engagements.
- Experience designing for various devices and systems (mobile, handheld, TV, display systems)
- Be organized and show excellent time management skills and be highly detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage their own time in an efficient manner while receiving strategic and tactical direction from project stakeholders.
