Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Achievement of business revenue for the allocated region, with a focus towards schools & other educational institutes
• Plan and implement activities for new business development and client retention of premium schools & colleges in the region
• Organize seminars in Institutes within the allocated region
• Liaise with printers and suppliers for procurement of promotional material and deploying it in the field for increasing ground-level visibility
• Arrange and undertake effective distribution of marketing material
• Implement visibility activities like banners, posters, hoarding etc. in the territory
• Responsible for end to end account management of Schools & colleges in the region-
• Map out client database within the region,
• Develop contacts,
• Conduct promotional activities,
• Negotiate business terms,
• Generate revenue, and
• Ensure strong continuing relationship

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate must be Graduate
• Must be energetic and resourceful
• Prior experience in marketing to schools/colleges, though not compulsory, will be an advantage
• Track record of consistently over-achieving targets
• English communications skills (written and spoken)
• Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven
