Job Description
Dear Candidate,
toluna is looking for Associate Manager - Recruitment and Hr Operations will be responsible for recruitment and HR operations activities.
- Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and on-board
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Talent Acquisition - Good hands-on experience in sourcing/negotiation/good track record of offer to joining ratio.
- Searching profiles through existing database, job portals like Naukri, walk-in interview and placement agencies.
- Recruit and manage Internal hiring needs.
- Build talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovate methods.
- Do the search and recruitment of positions himself / herself
- Maintain up-to-date Data Bank of candidates for various job profiles
- Take responsibility of uploading latest openings on our companys website, Linkedin and other platforms
- Familiar with professional social networking sites
- Co-ordinating/ managing campus hiring process
- Will be responsible for reports and employee database from Hr ops perspective
- Maintaining HRIS & publishing various trackers & MIS reports, attrition report review with Management.
Required Skill Set:
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication Skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and PPT
- Analytical & Logical Approach
- Ability to Work Independently, Multitasking
- 6+ years of experience in to Recruitment and HR operations
