Experience

3 yrs to 5 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Developmentmandatory

Age 25 - 35 yrs

Job Description

The candidate would be responsible for the overall revenues/ sales of the territory assigned.
Should have at least 3 -4 years of experience
Preferably at least 3 years of experience in Pharma portfolio
Should have handled a team size of at least 4-6 Sales Representatives successfully with 100% achievement of targets
Should have launched new products/ brands and should be capable of expanding business in the assigned territories
Should be capable of monitoring reports and should ensure that the entire team achieves the given targets
Should have excellent market connections and should drive business goals by maintaining good relations
Should be passionate, Enthusiastic, Goal- driven and should ensure consistency in self and team performance
Should be a good team manager and orient the team towards target and goals
Have to meet with the Doctors and other medical staff and tell them about their staff.
The bike is mandatory (No travelling will be provided)
