Job Description

Greetings from ELIOS Recruitment!!

We are looking for an efficient Payroll officer to be responsible for all payroll processes.

Location: Bangalore(MG Road)

Experience Needed:

Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll management
Experience in managing UK payroll would be an advantage

Responsibilities

Download and check candidates timesheets.
Ensure the accuracy of each time sheet before submission for payment.
Ensure payments to candidates are done on time and in full.
Liaise with consultants and candidates, to solve in a timely manner, any payment delays due to pending or inaccurate time sheets
Support in resolving queries from candidates, related to timesheets, when required
Prepare and send invoices to clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

Knowledgeable in payroll management.
Good English communication skills both verbal and written (Essential)
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.
More focused and attention to detail .
Accurate, efficient, and organized with the ability to priorities tasks as needed
Data entry and general math's skills.
