Job Description

Responsibilities

Define, drive and manage key investments for the sales planning platform.
Be the voice of the Customer. Understand their pain points and be able to translate that into product and process improvements, always leading with the customer, using research and data to validate our ideas.
Research, design, and manage the goals and execution of new capabilities.
Work with business process owner, users, and subject matter experts to understand highly complex scenarios and develop technical specifications.
Work with the users to validate the solution and onboard them to the new capabilities.
Work closely with engineering, design, research, and data disciplines to build out backlog and engineering plans, including specs & design collateral.
Present and represent the teams work to Execs and various stakeholders.

Qualifications

8+ years as a program manager or engineer
Experience in working on engineering systems and/or tools
Proven ability to drive large scale projects with high collaboration and leadership
Ability to develop product plans and roadmaps, define capabilities, and drive project execution
Ability to concisely frame problems and design simple solutions
Detail oriented and able to rapidly come up to speed on complex technologies and architectures.
Excellent cross group collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams to deliver on product milestones
Awareness of Industry best practices
Take an ambiguous problem and be able to bring clarity to it
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing use cases
A Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science is preferred
