Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Planning and organizing production schedules
Assessing project and resource requirements
Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
Ensuring health and safety regulations are met
Determining and adhering quality control standards
Overseeing production processes
Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
Liaising with vendors & local authorities
Organizing relevant training sessions
Productivity drive machine and man
Budget planning and P&L tracking

Desired Candidate Profile

a) Candidate with BE / B Tech degree is preferable.

b) Candidate with 8 to 10 years of experience as Production Engineer / Manager ( for right candidate experience can be 5 - 6years as well)

c) Candidate should be having sound knowledge of MS Office - Excel, power point etc.

d) Candidate who has handled 100+ manpower will have an added advantage.

Desired soft skills

Candidate with good communication skills

Candidate with great team management ability

Candidate should be tech savvy
