1. WORK LOCATION : BANGALORE / PUNE
2. JOB TYPE : CONTRACT (C2H)
3. Duration: 6 Mths (Extendable further) / Long-term
4. Job Role: SSE / LEAD
5. EXPERIENCE : 4 to 8 yrs
6. CTC Range: 60K - 100K per month (would involve working for minimum 9 hrs)

Job Description :
Who are we looking for?
Strong Technical and analytical skills with exposure to vulnerability management tools/processes and remediation techniques and methodologies.
Technical Skills:
- EXP with VULNERABILITY MANAGEMENT platforms such as Rapid7 / Nexpose / Nessus / Qualys Guard / TENABLE etc.
- EXP with Java vulnerability assessment and remediation
- EXP with scripting languages JavaScript, Perl and Python
- Knowledgeable of vulnerability management tools and processes
- Strong familiarity with industry best practices such as the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) and NIST
- Knowledge of system security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques
- Solid foundation of common software vulnerabilities and their mitigation techniques
- Should understand Vulnerability testing methodology and be able to communicate testing findings to managers and network administrators
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with application owners and product owners for creating Java vulnerability remediation plan
- Responsible for understanding, reviewing and interpreting assessment and scanning results, reducing false positive findings
- Oversee the implementation of the organization's vulnerability remediation program in accordance with the Vulnerability Management Plan
- Develop and disseminate reports on vulnerability status to stakeholders involved in remediating Java vulnerabilities
- Work with stakeholders as necessary to develop Java vulnerability remediation strategies for various platforms
- Responsible for working with Client to assist with understanding threat data and vulnerabilities found on clients network
- Responsible for working with Client Team with implementing and maintaining Client asset classifications and categorizations
- Coordination with application owners and platform team responsible for remediation
- Tracking the status of vulnerability remediation
- Provide any exceptions to Client for vulnerabilities which cannot be remediated due to legacy environment/ application/ system
