JOB Description for Sales Profile

Qualification: - Graduate/PG any stream can apply.

Experience: - 4 to 8 years

Age Limit:- Not more then 30 years.

Location: - Delhi/NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Secundrabad.

We are looking for people from NON-IT Background those who have done sales in any industry like Auto, Pharma, Health, Insurance, Hospitality etc.

Skill Set: -

Experience working as a Sales Manager who has exposure in b2b sales.
Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Good Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.
Fluency in English & Hindi is must. In case of south India / West India knowledge of regional languages is mandatory.
Forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given timeframe.
Negotiation, selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Building Relationships.
Adaptability, Team building & leadership abilities concerning team initiatives.
Skilled in improving customer retention level within highly competitive market.
Should be passionate for sales, street smart and persuasiveness should be there.
