5. EXPERIENCE : 8 to 20 yrs
6. CTC Range: 150K - 200K per month (vary with respect to experience)
Job Description :
Who are we looking for?
A senior level CITRIX L3 Support to manage a critical project. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technologies.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on EXP of XenApp configuration, XenDesktop, Provisioning Server, NetScaler, XenServer some hypervisor and management experience (vSphere/vCenter)
- Manage XenApp 6.x / 7.1x XenApp production environments
- Administering Citrix provisioning Services (PVS) 7.x or later versions
- Good knowledge and work experience in Active directory, Network and storage
- EXP in Windows server 2012 R2 or Windows 2016
- Work EXP in Linux based VDI.
- Extensive EXP as Citrix systems administrator providing 24/7 operational support for Citrix NetScaler gateway, XenDesktop & XenApp production environments.
- Extensive EXP working interactively with business customers and resolving day to day Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop related issues.
- Extensive EXP as systems administrator supporting and maintaining Citrix enterprise environments, including Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.15 and later.
- Knowledge of desktop management concepts such as local profiles, roaming profiles, email profiles, folder redirection, AppSense
- Knowledge of MacOS and Linux operating systems and understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure)
- Extensive EXP upgrading and patching the Citrix and Windows environments to meet security, audit and business requirements.
- EXP in the support and maintenance of Citrix NetScaler 12.0 and later.
- EXP with troubleshooting Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop end-user related issues
- EXP in Citrix director and monitoring systems
- Advance knowledge in developing LLD & POC for a given project requirement.
- Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs
- Advance knowledge of Server hardware & operating systems.
- Good understanding of Storage, Backup & Networking Concepts.
- Need to be able to manage high severity incident & critical complex change tickets.
- Innovation for man hour reduction. Advance knowledge in scripting and automation.
- Disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Providing capacity planning inputs.
- Advance knowledge in doing assessment of server infrastructure and identify risks and areas to optimize.
- Should have Handled large Citrix/Wintel transitions and migrations
- Perform any Systems Administration tasks such as troubleshooting or technical analysis both proactively and reactively or as requested by Client
- Work closely with other support teams like SAN Storage team on storage upgrades, new builds, decommissions and problem resolution
- Assist on backup and recovery of servers
- Apply patches as required by the Client
- Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
