Desired Candidate Profile
Greetings from FSSOpportunity in FSS as Production Support.
- Responsible for providing technical support for client/ Bank in timely manner.
- Monitoring Bank's Switch and other systems at FSS
- Should have good experience on Java,J2ee and SQL query
- Experience in analysis the issues
- Problem- solving/ Troubleshooting skills
- Strong Communication Skills - Should be interacting with client stakeholders to probe a technical problem.
- Liaising with internal / external teams for resolving technical issues at the earliest.
- Liaising with vendors for issues related to UPI,Mpay,PG
- Providing reports to Bank as per requirement analysis.
- Should have good communication Skill
- Knowledge of Products and Processes
- Willingness to work in night shifts and 24 / 7 environment
- Only Male candidates can apply.
Qualification : BE, BTech, MSC, MCA. BSC, BCA
Location : Mumbai
