Job Description
Job Details : Create Project Plan, track progress and manage change requests Assist in definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and track the changes to scope of the project Coordinate internal and/or external resources and manage day-to-day operational aspects for flawless execution of a project. Facilitate internal team meetings and client meetings. Define clear tasks, assign owners and review progress and performance of the team Ensure resource availability and allocation based on resource utilization Define individual roles and responsibilities Review deliverables and create reports Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately Implement Project Management Best practices Identify potential risks, create and implement Risk Management Plan Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction Set and manage client expectations Set clear goals for the team. Encourage, inspire and challenge them to attain the same through formal and informal channels Challenge team members to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor Minimize and resolve conflicts in the team Encourage the team members to take ownership and responsibility for their development within the company Requirements 3 - 5 years of project management experience in the workplace College or University degree preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent client facing and internal communication skills Understanding or Hands-on experience in Software development, Web Technologies, application programming, DB and system desig nEmployement Category:
