Senior Software Engineer / Lead Software @ Northgate Public

Job Description

• Requisites Education: Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Experience (years): 4-8 years of experience

Industry / Technology background:

• C# .Net Framework 4.0 and Above, SQL Server, WebAPI

Role Summary:

• The candidate will be working as C#,.Net developer for NFW project.

Qualification Criteria/Work Experience essential:

The successful candidate will be:

• Good logical skills
• Experience in requirement analysis and deriving business functionalities.
• Experience on estimating, designing and developing complex software solutions using C#, .Net 4.0 and above, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of a Source Code Management tools(Git, SVN)
• Experience of working on an Defect / Requirement Management Tool (eg: JIRA)
• Ability to connect, communicate and collaborate effectively with Northgate customers in the UK in a way that is familiar to them e.g. by using terminology with which they are familiar and minimizing the use of unnecessary technical jargon .
• A self-starter with an insatiable desire to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.

Technologies hands-on experience (Years) : Priority

• C# .Net Framework 4.0 and Above : 4+yrs
• WebAPI and Web Technologies: 3+ yrs
• SQL Server : 3+ yrs
• OOPS and Design Concepts : 2+ yrs
• Visual Studio : 4+ yrs
• Tools like GIT, SVN, JIRA : 2+ yrs

Desirable: Technologies Hands-on Experience (Years) Priority

• Angular JS : 1+ yrs
• ASP.Net: 1+ yrs
• Windows Service: 2+ yrs

Overall Project/Task description

• He should have an experience of 4+ years in C#, .Net Framework.
• Design and Develop solution inline with the current architecture.
• Demonstrate technical ability is web API and web technologies.
• Involve in solving issues and peer code reviews
• Connect, Communicate and Collaborate effectively with customers independently
