Job Title: Test Lead

Required Skills:

1. IVR/Contact Center or Product Testing Experience
2. Should have experienc in product testing
3. Should have experience in managing a small team along with his day-to-day tasks.
4. Should have experience in test design and execution
5. Create test plans and estimates based on project plan and testing scope
6. Assign, monitor and track team tasks on a daily basis
7. Review test artifacts created/updated by the team
8. Testing risk mitigation by devising plans and timely escalations
9. Report progress on team tasks on a regular basis
10. Good communicator with positive attitudes

Hands on experience in automation testing tools such as selenium, etc
