Job Description
Utopia Global Team is hiring for SAP Data Migration Consultants Bangalore on 08 June 2019 with SAP Data Services (BODS) & Information Stewart (IS) Experience.
Position Title: SAP Data Migration Consultants
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full Time/Contract
Job Description:
- Coordinate with SAP Techno/Functional consultant and Business team to map existing legacy system data and structures to the SAP system.
- Identify functionality gaps and map the source and target structures as per blueprint.
- Prepare technical specification document for script development.
- Monitor and assist data load team.
- Prepare input/output reports and assist business analyst in preparing reconciliation reports.
- Prepare Client Requirement Specifications for Data Migration to SAP.
- Work on the technical details for transforming existing data onto SAP using tools such as Business Objects, SQL Server.
- Coordinate with Business on specifying rules required to cleanse, standardize existing legacy Master data to meet universal standards using industry proven unique Cleansing Methodology.
- Implement Data Migration for SAP ECC.
Desired/Recommended Profile:
- Configure SAP Business Objects Data Services software.
- Assist in data mapping and GAP analysis between source and target data.
- Modify or create new Data Services jobs within DM Methodology object requirements.
- Use Data Insight to perform data profiling on source system to assess data quality.
- Identify data quality issues, provides recommendations for improvement / resolution.

Number of projects: 3-6
Essential Skills:
- Experience in SAP Data Services & Information Steward (4.X)
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL preferred: SQL query skills, comprehensive understanding of SQL table structure and an understanding of relational databases
- Good knowledge in Migration Cockpit
- Good knowledge in end to end Data Migration process
- Capable of handling Data Migration mapping workshops
- Business-process knowledge associated with one or more of the following SAP functional modules: PM, FI, CO, HCM, MM, SD, PP, QM
- Extensive data quality and data migration experience including proficiency in data analysis and conversion planning for Data Migration activities
- Good knowledge of loading techniques through SAP IDOC
- Implement data transformation process ensuring quality parameters are met and conduct both data cleansing and data profiling activities.
- Excellent Communication skills
Desirable skills:
- SAP Functional knowledge
- Good Project Management/Customer handling experience
