Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Works with the (Accelerate Foundation) to advise clients on creating profitable process and ensures proper procedures for review and approval are met at the department level.
  • Maintains marketing staff by training employees, maintaining a safe and secure work environment, developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Maintains customer response operations by establishing work schedules, assigning employees.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing standards, training representatives, monitoring calls, evaluating outcomes.
  • Resolves client problems ;maintaining reference manuals and dialogue guides, providing information, answering questions.
  • Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments, participating with and providing resources to business improvement teams.
  • Keeps management informed by preparing reports, interpreting information, making recommendations.
  • Maintains coordination with Assigned Sales Team.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Consumer Prospective

  • Responsible for promoting positive relationships with the clients.
  • Handling client queries either on phone or email.

Desired Candidate Profile

More than 2 years of experience candidate will get preference.


KRAS (Key Responsibility Areas )

1. Catering to the Clients requirement and solving their grievances.

2. Identifying potential Clients for cracking deals with help of operation and marketing team.

3. Accuracy & Timeliness in maintenance of MIS.

4. Effectively mapping clients requirements and providing them requisite services.
