Job Description

We are looking for Project Manager
Location: Mohali 
Exeperience: 8+ years  
*Candidate should have from IT background with execellent communication.

      Project Planning

:

Work with Business Analyst during pre-sales meetings and support in the generation of project estimates
Work closely with Business Analyst and Solution Architect to gather functional requirements and capture them in standard notations
Develop realistic project plan complete with project requirements, project milestones, deadlines, resource planning etc.
Create or support QA Manager in preparing Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Manage changes to scope, timelines and available resources through modifying the existing project plan
Monitor development activities on a routine basis and ensure that task completion is according to delivery schedule and desired quality standard
                          Client Management :
Work closely with the customer throughout the development process and build relationship by prompt service/ feedback
Provide ongoing technical support to the customer
Trouble shoot issues faced by customer during development or during implementation through the project team
                                                    Team Management:
Define project team organization and allocate tasks to TLs/ team members
Raise any staffing needs for the project in a timely fashion to HR and participate in the selection process
Monitor performance of Project Team on a routine basis through tracking milestone completion status or through review meetings and manage team / team member performance accordingly
Conduct random reviews and provide technical guidance to Team Member's on complex issues
Code and Document Reviews:
Ensure that code reviews are being completed for the project team and coding is done according to the codingstandard
Verify accuracy, security, and completeness of projects by implementing comprehensive testing vis-a-vis design specifications and requirements
