Job Description

Responsibilities: End to end recruitment. Sourcing through, referencing, walk-ins, head-hunting and job portals.

Data Mining through Team Mapping.

Conducting the HR round of interview.

Screening the resume after having a detailed discussion with the candidates.

Co-ordinating the entire interviewing process.

Updating the candidates with regards to the interview feedback and negotiating the offer terms.

Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the pre decided timelines.

Scrutinizing and short-listing profiles by using various resources

Salary: 20K CTC per Month to 30K CTC per Month.
Qualification: Graduate/PG
Experience: 2 to 4 Years.
Skills Required
The ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Work Location: Kolkata
