Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts (International Accounting)

Job profile-

• Spearheading day to day finance and accounts operations, handling full spectrum of accounting and finance role including AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, MIS etc., whilst ensuring timely closing of accounts.
• Preparing and reviewing monthly/ yearly consolidated financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections as well as aged receivables and payables listings.
• Preparing annual budget & rolling forecast as per estimates and predictions, framing up budget pattern and recognize budget expenditures.
• Applying fixed asset principles, procedures and practice. Supervising the recording, tagging and implementing proper control to safeguard the entity fixed assets.
• Selecting, training, motivating, directing accounting staff to ensure effective departmental operations, embracing leadership standards by empowering employees to achieve business objectives.
• Assisted in preparation of monthly management report, accompanying schedules, worksheets including Budget vs. Actual variance reports and provided follow-up and documentation for significant variances. Monitored cost control activities as well as revenues and expenditures to ensure sound fiscal control.
