Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages a team of implementation specialists that are responsible for the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions.
Reviews external clients demands,
Develops project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
Involvement in pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals.
Manages staff including Project Coordinators, Engineers, Technicians, Riggers, Helpers & drivers in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Has full authority for personnel actions.
Extensive knowledge of department processes.
Typically requires 5 Years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
True first level manager typically reporting directly to General Manager/Director.
Successful change management, where tailored configurations are office-tested, revised, approved, and deployed.
Develops, coordinates, and executes project plans, task schedules, and resource activities to ensure on-time and effective project delivery
Collaboration with Implementation Engineers for system configuration and data migration
Writing custom functionality specifications for delivery to engineering after in-depth consulting with the client.
Other Requirement:
Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters.
Maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.
