Software QA Engineer @ Terra Technology

Job Description

We are looking for Software QA Engineer to work on Performance Testing and Benchmarking activities in PSR team at Hyderabad Location with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Software Industry with exposure to Performance Testing
Previous working experience with multi-tier applications is a must
Basic CRUD operations in SQL is a must
Knowledge on Jmeter, VSTS or Load runner scripting and Execution is preferred
Scripting for MS Office especially for MS Excel or MS Outlook integration though plug-in would be an added advantage
Knowledge of Data driven automation Architecture is an added advantage Responsibilities:
Build deployment and maintenance of PSR builds
Participate in understanding the objective of Performance testing and differentiate load vs scalability vs Stress Tests on the present product
Participate in requirement discussions to analyze scope of Performance testing for new requirements
Prepare and Review PSR plan for the identified scenario
Record, update and unit test performance scripts for the identified scenarios and send for review
Implement changes as per Review comments
Execute the scripts and extract results
Provide periodic consolidated Report on the Execution status and script creation status
Accountable to update and maintain the PSR Scripts and documentations on the script execution
Owning manual and Automation script execution for capturing single user stats during Performance tests Soft Skills:
