Job Description

About the Role

You will be filing claims for the defaulted loans which are serviced by Wells Fargo with third parties/U.S. government agencies.

Responsibilities

Make use of available resources, procedures, tools to arrive at accurate decision making.
Submit Claims within SLA
Work with upstream and downstream teams to rectify gaps in the process.

Essential Qualifications

University degree in Business or related discipline.
Strong analytical skills.
Good oral and written skills in English.
Ability to read, understand and comprehend lengthy loan related documents in English language
Ability to work on exhaustive and lengthier files

Desired Qualifications

Experience of 0-1 residential U.S. mortgage experience.
Knowledge in default claims is an added extra advantage.
