Application/Team Overview:
Regional EFlow application an Imaging Workflow solution and is responsible for pre - processing the MIFT transactions and checks processing and Document OCR (Optical character Recognition) and sanctions screening in APAC. Application interfaces with various incoming channels for receiving the transactions like Retarus, Rightfax, CitiSFT, Scanning, Image manual upload and Citi Direct. Transaction processing staff is performing the validation of the transactions like C2P OCR (Click to Pick), Signature Verification, MIFT (Manually Initiated Fund transfer) document indemnity checking, Callback function, Transaction exception resolution and Checker/ Authorizer. Once all these workflow steps are complete, system will handoff the transaction information to downstream system CS (Clearing Switch), DDE (Domestic Disbursement Engine), FTI (Fund Transfer Integration) and CitiFT for further processing of transactions.
Role Description:
A full stack developer who is expert in building scalable applications. The successful candidate is expected to be talented software professional and will be responsible for the success and timely delivery of software components and solutions
The appropriate candidate will clearly demonstrate his ability to improve Continuous integration and provide process improvement areas
Candidate will work independently and is highly self-motivated
Design, development, testing and implementation of software solutions
Scope for influencing design and architecture
Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
Proactively notify Development Project Manager of risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns
Compliance with Citi's System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirements
Will work closely with Quality Control teams to deliver quality software to agreed project schedules
Work with Product owner and understand all functional and technical requirements of the project
Providing second line production support including root cause analysis for the developed software solutions

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in technology
Technical/Functional Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of .NET web framework
Proficient in C# and/or VB.NET, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems
Familiarity with the Jose framework
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
Skill for writing reusable libraries
Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
Knowledge of concurrency patterns
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with popular web application frameworks
Familiarity with Windows Presentation Framework
Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git/TFVC
Knowledge of CI/CD platforms
Strong command over web services and windows services, WCF and AJAX
Exposure to TIS EFlow CMS and scanning solution
In-depth Technical Knowledge on Microsoft Business Intelligence Tools like SSIS, SSRS (Report Server, Report Model, Report Builder & Subscriptions)
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability in working with the development team members and other partners, with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate well at all levels
Team Player, self-starter and thorough who is willing to take on any assigned job/responsibilities
Ability to learn new skills quickly with little supervision and ensuring the detail is of high priority
