Job Description

Position Overview

Replicon is searching for a result-oriented individual who is committed to excellence to join our successful team as a Finance Executive. This position presents an exciting opportunity to handle our US/Canada Payroll and HR activities.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and administer confidential employee related data

Collection, verification, organizing and documentation of employee related documents

Updating payroll related reports in a timely manner

Prepare reports for upper management, finance & other departments in a timely manner

Administration of Payroll, Employee Benefits, and other Human Resource Management Systems.

Computation and processing of commission, leaves, allowances accurately and updating the same in the payroll system.

Address any routine Payroll, HR & Benefits request/queries by employees

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 year of work experience in the field of payroll, accounting, or business reporting

Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

Prioritise work, accuracy in delivery of work with attention to detail

Shift Timing: North American (4.00 p.m. to 1.00 a.m.)
