Desired Candidate Profile

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Deep expertise and hands on experience in Core java & J2EE.

2. Good fundamentals in JDBC, Object Oriented design & Design patterns

3. Hands-on experience with at least 3 years in GUI development using JSP, HTML & JavaScript. Added advantage if worked on ExtJS

4. Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented. Would be great if worked on Agile or Continuous Delivery (CD) based projects before.

5. Should have exposure to Oracle SQL, the fundamentals of RDBMS are clear. Good to have experience in writing Sqls, stored procedures and functions.

6. Good to have exposure to corporate banking domain (BFSI).

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating architecture and design principles.

8. Must be dynamic with a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude

9. Having Client /Onsite experience will be added advantage

10. Proven Ability to learn and work on latest technology, have good analytical skills and pickup faster. TL must posses below skills in addition:

11. Should have good team management skills.

12. Should have excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, be able to work effectively in a less structured environment and manage his/her own time.

13. Should have experience of planning, task allocation, status tracking, risk and issue handling

14. Should have full life cycle application development experience from Requirement to Production ready application

15. Should have experience on application and web servers like : WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere etc.

16. Should have experience of handling a small team (4-6 member)with over all delivery responsibility of the team

17. Added advantage if experience in creating & executing unit tests using test driven approach with JUnit or any other equivalent..
