The candidate should be a BE / B.TECH-CHEMICAL / M.Sc.-CHEMISTRY with minimum of 10 to 17 YEARS IN CHEMICAL / AGRO CHEMICAL / PHARMA INDUSTRIES

Job Location & No. of Openings: Cuddalore - 1 Position

Note: Tamil language is must for this position.

• Review and comment all manufacturing related documents of the various development projects in relation to GMP and other guidelines
• Approves final production documentation
• Participates in the development of validation protocols and / or revises validation protocols as needed for development projects.
• Prepares and revises document change controls under his / her responsibility, when applicable.
• Review and approve all executed batch document and recommend.
• Coordinate all documentation revision and approval activities in relation to products development
• Define quality parameters for all products, at all different production stages.
• Responsibility for customer complaint recording, Root cause analysis, Discussion with concerned departments/customers, Implementation of CAPA, Effectiveness of CAPA etc.
• Knowledge about 3rd party inspections & Pre-dispatch inspection.
• To ensure that the delivered product meets all quality requirements specified in relevant product standard.
• Evaluation of suppliers for quality rating.
• Root cause analysis & disposal of NC product, Implementation & effectiveness of CAPA
• Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
• Development, periodic review, revision and implementation of SOPs as required
• Annual product reviews and review of stability reports, Change Control Management
• Responsible for preparation and updating of quality documentation as per ISO 9001:2015 & WHO GMP.
