The candidate should be a MBA - HR / MSW (Regular Course) with minimum of 10 years in Manufacturing Industries.

Job Location & No. of Openings: Cuddalore - 1 Position

Note: 10+ years of experience in HR & IR activities in manufacturing industries with union based company and also required minimum three years in Managerial roll.

• Union handling and wage and bonus settlement 12(3) & 18(1) experience.
• Statutory Compliance
• Knowledge and experience in disciplinary proceedings.
• Time office functions
• Welfare Management
• Contract Labour and Housekeeping Management
• Security Administration
• Liasoning with government officals
• Vehicle Management
• Training and Development
• Performance Management
• Event Management
• Experience Internal and External Auditing (ISO & IMS)
• Knowledge in Factories Act, ID Act, Trade Union Act, Contract Labour Act and etc.
• IF Tamil Typing is must
