Job Description
Interpret/analyze business requirements & functional specifications independently
Participate in meetings/walk-through session/group meetings
Ensure compliance with organization and project defined standards and processes
Participate in application process and performance improvement initiatives
Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor
Build a healthy relationship with project stakeholders/business partners
Independent communication with business partners to resolve issues and negotiate project related items such as priorities and completion deadlines
Required Qualifications:B.Tech/MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
9-12 years of total experience
QA with a background in automated testing for databases, UI's, and API's that could write in Java
Experience with Cucumber and JUnit
Experience working with micro service frameworks
Strong hands-on experience on core Java/J2EE, IBM MQ, JSP, SOAP/REST Web Services, Maven
Experience with Spring framework and Spring Boot in particular
Experience with CI & CD process using Jenkins, sonar and other relevant technologies
Experience with deploying services in PaaS platforms such as Open Shift
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, co-ordination skills
Troubleshooting skills for general issues
Go-getter attitude and exhibit flexible approach at all times
Ability to work collaboratively in global project with a positive team spirit and ensure team work & coordination
Ability to understand containerize in a given service in Docker
