Job Description-
A.OBJECTIVE:-

1. Maintain excellent relations with all customers in the sites allocated to him.
2. Managing TAT for Break Down Calls.
3. Timely AMC renewal and Payment collection.
4. Timely Preventive Maintenance on the Machine.
5. Identifying Chronic Machine and resolving issue with the help of technical helpdesk

B.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1. Attending & resolving the calls within TAT
2. Installation of machines
3. Responsible for timely AMC renewal
4. Follow up and collection of service payments (AMC, Spare parts)
5. Ensuring minimum escalations in his assigned area
6. Training of machines to the customers
7. Timely reporting of the call updates via Sms
8. Submission of weekly reports every week which includes activities of the week.(Weekly Report, Service Call Report, Vouchers, Installation Report)

9. Responsible for sending the defective spares to the warehouse on a weekly basis.

Job Denominations: Provide excellent service in the sites allocated to him, ensuring timely attendance of breakdown, PM calls and ensuring timely AMC renewals and payment collections.

Coordination/Liaison with: customer helpdesk team, service coordinators, reporting managers.
