Job Description

Sourcing resumes from different portals like naukri.com, ,onster.com, Timesjobs.com etc

Screening resumes and shortlisting them according to the given job description

Calling the candidates and taking all relevant information from them and scheduling them as per the interview schedule received from the client

Will work on IT and Not It profiles.

Taking references from candidates and try to find different ways to source the profiles.

Maintain proper data and excel sheets to record daily work routine

Coordinate with the candidates and clients and need to be in contact with candidates till their joining.

Need to have experience in Bulk hiring and should have worked with BFSI, pharmaceutical, IT, etc sector.
