Job Description
/ profile:
We are seeking enthusiastic and talented people who can excel in an enterprise sales role and:
- Can initially identify and qualify prospective customers for ETP in the designated territory (pan Indonesia)
- Can ultimately lead the entire sales process to convert qualified leads into customers of the ETP solution
- Can work with existing customers to ensure their ETP solution is providing maximum value, both in the present and in the future
- Is able to work closely with ETP Solution Architects to fine tune the solution to meet the business needs of the potential customers
- Should have an engaging personality with the ability to meet and quickly build the trust of potential and existing customers at CXO level and position the ETP value proposition to them in a compelling manner
Skills & Experience
- For senior positions, 8-10 years prior experience in software solution sales is mandatory (applicants without this experience will not be considered)
- For Junior positions, prior experience in software solution sales is preferable
- Experience in the Retail and/or ERP sector is preferable, but not essential
- University Degree
- Personable, with excellent organisational and presentation skills, an eye for detail, and strong commercial acumen
- Excellent relationships skills. Be able to find, maintain and grow profitable relationships
- Strong customer focus with perceptive and engaging customer management skills
- Creativity in solving complex problems
- Energetic, engaging personality who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (only Indonesian citizens will be considered) and English, both written and spoken.
- High energy, flexible, can do personality who can work efficiently and effectively, regardless of the level of supervision
- Interested in I.T. and/or the retail business
- Proficient in standard Office software including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
