Desired Candidate Profile
Please find the JD and company details .Equivalent of Bachelor Degree, preferably in Information Systems (or equivalent technical experience accompanying other degree)
Strong knowledge of software applications including Excel, Visual Basic, Web Focus, Access SQL Server
High levelof initiative with ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal, conflict management and partnership skills.
Flexible skillsets with ability to perform a wide variety of functions.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Experience designing, developing and supporting Web applications.
Working knowledge of Java and VB macros
Fair knowledge on COBIT, COSO, ISO, U.S regulatory requirements and process improvement techniques Must have good understanding of OIM architecture
Must have hands-on experience in COB ,custom connectors development, enhancement, installation, un-installation
Preferable have hands-on experience in UI customization ,ADF, Expression language
Must have good troubleshooting skills
Must have worked on OIM APls, custom client applications
Must have good understanding on OIM orchestration process ,monitoring & debugging various types of events
Must have worked on OIM scheduled services ,plugins and event handlers
Must have worked on OIM-BIP reports & have should knowledge on OIM data model
Must have worked on catalog enrichment, catalog UDFs
Preferable have worked on setting up new environments including HA, patching and upgradation
Preferable be well versed with OIM code ,config packaging and migration
Must be able to develop , modify SOA composites
Must have good understanding on EM console, various OIM M beans, configurations points
Must have hands-on OIM objects application instances, access policies, various types of adapters etc..
Must have hands-on monitoring, analyzing and remediating failed requests ,recon events, provisioning tasks etc..
Must have knowledge on service/system account management
Must be able to build monitoring dashboards and setup notifications. Company Profile:
