Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Roles & Responsibilities- Helpdesk Executive/Assistants
Attend Helpdesk Calls or queries/complaints via the automation tools
Polite and appropriate greetings to the used at the time of answering the call or talking to a residents in person
Ensuring each call is picked within three rings and the request is completed in defined SLA/TAT
Act as the first point of contact for service request calls & requisitions through data and voice support
Ensure each request is properly recorded & promptly attended to within the TAT
Ensure smooth coordination with the Technical and FM staff for timely completion of call
Following up of each work request issued to and ensuring its closure.
Feedback call to the resident to ensure that the work is completed as per their satisfaction level or not. Provide feedback to the requester on the status of their request
Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly reports. All reports to be shared with the Concierge manager
Responsible for a smooth handover and take over process from the shifts
Notifying the management / client at site incase if any emergency
Respond to emails in timely manner.
Completion of all assigned work on time and accurately
