Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer - International Voice

Location: Chennai

Package: 3L to 4L p.a

Qualification: Graduates / Undergraduates or Diploma Holders ( Arrears/Backlogs can be considered) 2020 passed outs are eligible .

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling calls & resolving enterprise level customer tickets, forensic work based on virus related issues, handling escalation calls, resolving tickets based on SLA, following internal process & keeping self-updated

Technical Requirement:

Knowledge in Networking, Hardware Operating systems- OS Server Technology SQL server, GPO Hardware storage System Securities Knowledge in Antivirus

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail

Excellent English communication ( Both Oral & Written) and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team or as a single contributor
• Adaptability / Flexibility on shifts

Ownership and initiative

• Being Active & Energetic
