Job Description

Profile

Within the Engineering team, you contribute to design and develop the Value Added Short Message Servicing System. The mission includes:

• Functional specification

• Development, Implementation

• Unit and integration tests

• Troubleshooting, bug fixes, profiling

• Support

• Documentation

• Issue resolution involving a large legacy code base

• Adhere to and promote quality initiatives within the group

Technical Skills

Must Have

• Strong knowledge in C and C++ Application Development in Linux Systems

• Multithreaded programming experience

• Linux Socket/Network Programming

• Linux Inter Process Communication

• Strong knowledge at data structures STL, boost libraries etc

• Experience in Git and debugging tools

Good to have

• Experience in Short Messaging system

• Troubleshooting tools like Wireshark

• SS7/SIGTRAN Protocols like M3UA, SCCP, TCAP, MAP, SIP, SMPP, DIAMETER

• SMPP/DIAMETER

• Database programming experience (preferably MySQL, REDIS)

Technical Skills

Must Have

• Quick learner with strong initiative.

• Works well in a team environment and alone.

• Has ability to adapt to the changing needs of a project.

• Has ability to meet deadlines.

• Multicultural working experience
