Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Mid to leadership level knowledge and understanding of technical recruiting for global clients
The candidate will be responsible to handle the entire cycle of recruitment and selection

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Excellent communication Skill

Must have hands on sourcing and screening the resumes from different social media sites.
Passionate about recruitment and having relevant experience into IT recruitment.
. Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience of technology recruitment
Good knowledge of Job portals & social media hiring
Highly organized and able to prioritize according to urgency
Experience in Technical hiring
