Job Description
#Job responsibilities & duties -Ability to analyse financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry and
economic conditions in order to make informed investment decisions.
Responsibility for credit analysis like Credit Monitory Arrangement, Ratio
Analysis, Working Capital Loans, Term Loans and Non-fund based loans etc.
Ability to prepare and analyse financial statements like Balance Sheet, Income and
Expenditure and Cash Flow Statement, Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA).
Must have the ability to conduct thorough analysis of financial statements & financial
ratios, economic analysis for commercial projects, cash flow analysis etc.in order to access
financial condition of existing borrowers.
Ability to keep the companys lending protocols up-to-date, identifying discrepancies and
variances, ensuring transaction and collateral security within approved guidelines, covenant
and financial compliance of the transaction/borrower.
Ability to analyse clients both financial & operational data points to suggest areas of
improvement.
Ability to analyse clients credentials and its risk profile viz market risk, geographical risk
etc. in order to plan & understand clients business model.
Proven performer and must have the ability to prepare projections on the basis of clients
data and analysed ration trends on the same.
Must have the knowledge of Credit Monitoring for preparing Annual Review Notes (ARN)
for Commercial Finance Division borrowers in evaluation of clients credit data and financial
statements in order to determine degree of risk involved in lending money.
Must have the knowledge of drafting No Objection Certificate (NOC) letter requests for
borrowers analysing credit & financial position and covenant compliance.
