• Responsible to manage the local IT teams and human resource developing
• Responsible to communicate with China ITO teams and refine work processes
• Responsible to team members skill developing
• Responsible to manage developing plan, progress tracking and work product s quality
• Coordinate work arrangement among depts and teams

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of software developing experience, at least 5 years senior management experience in outsourcing software company, better have experience in Chinese company
• Strong knowledge on Web application developing and full life cycle of application developing management experience
• Familiar with CMMI/Agile
• Strong knowledge & experience of Java, SpringBoot, MySQL, Kafka etc.
• Good communication skills in English, better with fluent Chinese;
• Major in Computer Science or related
