5. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
6. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
7. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
8. Compiling and analyzing sales figures

Experience : Must have minimum 1 to 6 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling.

Responsibilities
1. 1.Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a deal.
2. Answer questions about deal or the company
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
4. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
5. Enter and update customer information in the database
6. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
7. Handle grievances to preserve the company reputation
8. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
9. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Responsibilities
w Follow up with clients for due Installments towards against the property booked by them.
w Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with others Team members, communicating to your manager, and speaking with customers & Developers.
w Follow up with Sales Team/Developer for booking amount clearance status.
w Interaction with clients to resolve any type of queries over the mail and call.
w Proper coordination with various departments like accounts team, Legal Team & Sales Team.
w Data reconciliation with Developer data within timeline and update the status of bookings to reporting manager as well as sales Team.
w Cancellation updation and NOC preparation.
w Updation of clients calling remarks in recovery MIS on daily basis.
w Interaction with pan India branches & Developers for booking status & clients payment status.
