• CTC: Up to 4 LPA CTC (Based on experience & Profile)
• Language Proficiency: English & Hindi.
• Shift Timings: 9 - 10hrs shift
• Experience Required: 1-5 years of Experience as a Proven experience working as a Telesales Executive/Advisor in Health Insurance Sales/Advisor in Life Insurance Sales

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Calling potential customers to persuade them to purchase Insurance products
• Understanding customer needs, profile and ability Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of insurance products and services to make suitable
• Recommendations based on customer's needs and preferences.
• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
