Lead Software Engineer - Angular - Mumbai @ Northgate Public

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic a very experienced senior Angular developer with strong hands-on experience in the latest versions.

He should have at least 7-8 years hands-on experience in responsive front-end development using Angular, CSS3/SCSS, HTML5 and JavaScript.

Good understanding and exposure to Cordova plugin ecosystem and hybrid mobile app development using Ionic(2+) open-source SDK for iOS and Android

You will be working within a professional software development team primarily focused on developing enterprise scale applications for use by our local government and housing association sector customers.

This is a unique and exciting full stack development opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to work closely with the technical architect from project inception.

7+ years experience in responsive web app development using Angular(4+), CSS/SCSS, HTML5 and JavaScript/TypeScript

Good understanding and exposure to Cordova plugin ecosystem and hybrid mobile app development using Ionic(2+) open-source SDK for iOS and Android

Integration with REST API s

Push notifications (GCM, APN, FCM etc.)

Passion for web and mobile application development

Excellent knowledge of design principles and UI best practices

Offline data storage, encryption and data synchronisation strategies

Experience with SQLite embedded databases

Solid Object Orientated Programming skills

Knowledge of Agile Development methods (Scrum / Kanban etc.)

Experience with Agile Development tooling (e.g. Jira)

Experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g. Jenkins)

Experience using and scripting for automated testing frameworks
