Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for business target achievement through assigned partner branches.
Drive partner branch activation && lead generator (LG) activation through regular
engagement with partner branch staff.
Ensuring discipline && rigor of daily sales activities, DSR && LMS input.
Regular review && tracking of team performance.
Building team capability through regular training interventions.
To organize sales campaign, product launches and conduct training at partner branches.
Ensuring adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.
Adhering to regulatory requirements && monitoring quality of business.
Ensuring timey resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of
adverse customer experience.
Qualifications:
Masters or Bachelor degree in business, engineering, science, hospitality or arts.
Essential Knowledge / Skill Sets:
Should be good at relationship building/management.
Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills.
Should have in-depth knowledge of Insurance and related financial market.
Should have analytical skills to understand the gap between current business and potential
business opportunities.
Should have good presentation, coaching and training skills.
Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment.
Work Experience:
Four to six years experience in Insurance, from Bancassurance background or from
banking background.
Age Limit:
Ideal candidate should not be above 35 years of his current age.
