Profile :-Software Testing Fresher
Skill :-

• Excellent in English communication verbal & written
• Expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing (QTP).
• Good experience in Software Testing Life Cycle and BLC.
• Good knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle.
• Extensive Involvement in Designing and executing test cases.
• Excellent exposure in GUI and Functional Testing.
• Experience in using the Automation Tool QTP for Re-Testing and Regression testing.
• Involved in Defect tracking and reporting using Test Director.
• Good Knowledge on Structured Query Language (SQL).

Salary :-As per market standard.
Bond :- 3 years, have to pay the company a fine of 25k if candidate break the bond, serve a 60 day notice period.
Roles & Responsibilities

• To read all the documents and understand what needs to be tested.
• Based on the information procured in the above step decide how it is to be tested.
• Inform the test lead about what all resources will be required for software testing.
• Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities.
• Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
• Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects.

Interviews: -There will be a technical round followed by F2F interview.
