Job Description

Lead end-to-end project delivery and rollout of various process automation processes working closely with Operations partners, solution design team, development team, test team, integration partners and infrastructure team

  • Own the project plan and delivery accountability and accurate status reporting to PMO team

  • Ensure projects deliverable are delivered as per Citi's development standards and to a given methodology, with strong focus on project governance, standards and own risk/issue log

  • Create and/or maintain documentation related to Automation projects, process mapping, business requirement, functional and technical specification, coding, design test script, test plan and go-live release notes

  • Provides mentoring and guidance to process automation team

  • Understand, learn and develop on different robotics tools and been as the key technical SMEs with hands on approach to problem solving. Must be seen as the go to person for the project stream being managed with owner operator mindset

  • Out of the box thinking, to identify and work around process design

Robotic Process Automation L3-Support Lead

  • We have some exciting opportunities for L3 Support lead to join our Operations Technology Automation team and be part of a large scale global Automation transformation program

General Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Point of Contact for L3 Support and get heavily involved in the rapid recovery of Automation solutions during production outages

  • Ability to perform Root cause analysis and identify long term resolutions to prevent reoccurrences of issues

  • Determination of failing/impacted components and expedite recovery

  • Identify improvements in logging, monitoring and support documentation

  • Provides mentoring and guidance to the support team

  • Assist in creation of tools to improve team s capability to identify cause and expedite recovery

  • Track incidents and assist the Project manager for planning and delivery of Production defect fixes and Maintenance Releases

  • Understand, learn and develop on different robotics tools

  • Out of the box thinking, to identify and work around process design

  • Position may require participation in an ON-CALL rotation with 24 X 7 support responsibilities

Key skill requirements:

  • Proven track record in technical analysis and defect resolution

  • Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills

  • Deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts

  • Experience in Core Java, Selenium and Groovy will be a benefit

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience

  • Experience on developing automation solutions using robotics tools like Automation Anywhere, Cicero, Blue Prism, UIPath, WorkFusion, IBM Watson or Open Span or any other market leading RPA tool would be a distinct advantage

  • A Bachelor of Computer Science, Information systems, Information Technology or related disciplines

  • Strong knowledge on SDLC/Agile Methodology

  • Strong technical background with a passion for L3 Support and enthusiasm for working in a great team

  • Willingness to learn complex applications and unique data

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills

  • Strong Academic record or strong related internship /Co-op/Work experience

  • Time management skills and the ability to simultaneously work on multiple deliverables

  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

  • Must be organized

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Computer Science, Information systems, Information Technology or related disciplines

  • Strong knowledge on SDLC/Agile Methodology

  • Strong technical background with a passion for L3 Support and enthusiasm for working in a great team

  • Willingness to learn complex applications and unique data
