New member on-boarding joining formalities - Checking & Collecting all require documents
Manage employee exit process follow-up for clearance certificate, ensure final settlement is done within standard agreed timeline, work experience letters to separated employees Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels. Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) Answer employees queries about HR-related issues Responsible for HR administration: Maintenance of employee documents, personal information on cloud, employee leave management etc. Handling end to end queries related to employee life cycle Joining, Transfers, Disciplinary actions, Exit process Handling Offer and On boarding team (Pre-joining Background Verification, Documentation for Joiners, On boarding) Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system. Processing monthly attendance musters for workers, trainees & officers.
Collecting Timesheets and Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records etc Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information Interacting with multiple stakeholders - Insurance Vendors / BGV Partners / Clients etc
